Terms of Service

Last updated August 30, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and APEX SOFT LLC ("Snapper", "we") for the use of the Snapper application and website. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

1. The service

Snapper is a customer relationship tool built around WhatsApp: a shared inbox for the numbers you connect, kanban boards and other views over the same cards, automation rules, reporting, and an optional calendar integration.

We provide the service as it exists at the time you use it. We add, change and occasionally remove features; where a change removes something material that you rely on, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything that happens under your account and under the accounts of the people you invite.

A workspace has one owner, who can invite administrators and agents. The owner is responsible for what their team does in the workspace, including the messages they send and the contact data they enter. Tell us promptly at support@snapper.it.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Plans and limits

Snapper has two plans. The Free plan is limited to one connected WhatsApp number, three team members, one board, three workflow rules and one workspace per email address. The Pro plan removes those limits.

Limits are enforced when you try to create the resource in question; existing data is never deleted because a limit was reached. If you downgrade from Pro to Free while over the Free limits, you keep access to everything you already have but cannot create more of a capped resource until you are back under the cap.

Payment terms, renewals, cancellation and refunds are set out in our Refunds & Payments policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Payments and the merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem is the merchant of record for every purchase of Snapper Pro. Your contract of sale for that purchase is therefore with Creem, while the licence to use Snapper itself is granted by us under these terms.

Creem takes the payment, calculates and remits any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are, and issues your receipt. The charge appears on your statement under Creem rather than Snapper. Creem also handles billing enquiries and processes refunds under its own buyer terms; our Refunds & Payments policy sets out what we ask Creem to do, and when.

We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code — you enter those on Creem’s checkout, not on ours.

Creem handles customer service enquiries about an order and processes returns for it. You can reach us directly as well, at any time: support@snapper.it.com, or +380 96 099 41 48 by phone or WhatsApp. Snapper Pro carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refunds & Payments policy.

5. Connecting WhatsApp — read this clause

Snapper connects to WhatsApp by pairing with your phone through a QR code, in the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is not built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Meta Platforms.

This has a consequence you must accept before connecting a number: your use of WhatsApp remains governed by Meta’s own terms, and Meta may restrict, suspend or permanently ban a number at its sole discretion — including for behaviour it considers automated or unsolicited. That risk is yours. We cannot appeal a ban, restore a banned number, or recover message history held by WhatsApp, and we are not liable for any loss arising from one.

The practical protection is to behave like a business that people expect to hear from: message people who asked to be contacted, keep automated replies useful and infrequent, and never use Snapper for bulk outreach. Our Acceptable Use Policy makes this binding.

6. Your responsibilities for the data you bring

The contacts and conversations you handle in Snapper are yours: you are the data controller and we are your processor, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis for holding that data, tell those people how it is used, and honour their rights over it.

You must also comply with the law that applies to you when you use the service — data protection, electronic marketing, consumer protection, telecommunications and sanctions law in particular. You may not use Snapper where doing so would breach those laws.

7. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, no unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, no attempts to breach the security of the service or another customer’s data, and no reselling the service as your own without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account immediately, without notice, where continued use would harm other customers, our infrastructure, or our relationship with a provider such as Meta.

8. Third-party services

Snapper connects to services we do not control: WhatsApp, Google Calendar and Meet, and Creem payments. Your use of each remains subject to that provider’s own terms, and their availability, pricing and behaviour are theirs to change.

9. Intellectual property

The Snapper software, design, brand and documentation belong to us. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription — nothing more. You may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, or build a competing service from it.

Everything you put into Snapper stays yours. We claim no ownership of your contacts, messages, files or board content, and we use them only to provide the service to you.

10. Availability, and what "as is" means here

We work to keep Snapper available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and maintenance, provider outages and WhatsApp-side changes can interrupt the service.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for loss of data to the extent it could have been avoided by keeping your own copy — Snapper exports every board to CSV precisely so you can.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms, for all claims taken together in any twelve-month period, is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. Where you are on the Free plan, and to the extent the law permits, that amount is nil.

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including a ban or restriction imposed by Meta on a WhatsApp number.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Snapper at any time. Cancelling a Pro subscription moves you to the Free plan; deleting your workspace deletes its contents, as described in our Data Deletion policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that has not paid amounts due, or where we are required to by law. Except where a breach is serious or unlawful, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 60 days’ notice, refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for, and keep exports available for the whole notice period.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use Snapper after that date means you accept the new version, and if you do not, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.

Before going to court, please write to support@snapper.it.com. Most disagreements are settled faster by a person reading the message than by a filing.
